Ulike Pakistan warrants, subject to the conditions and restrictions outlined in this limited warranty, that the Ulike device, when purchased by the original buyer, will be free from defects in both materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original retail purchase date (the "Warranty Period"). This limited warranty is applicable with certain exclusions and limitations as specified herein.
This limited warranty applies solely to the customers who originally purchased the Ulike device directly from Ulike Pakistan or an authorized Ulike seller in the Pakistan. It does not extend to any subsequent owner. Products obtained from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites, are not eligible for coverage under this warranty.
This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents, misuse, abuse, exposure to dirt or water, tampering, unreasonable use, or neglect of reasonable and necessary maintenance.
- Service operations carried out or attempted by unauthorized service agencies.
- Only Ulike IPL Devices are covered by warranty. No accompanying gifts or items given with the product, or won through Ulike giveaways are covered.
Throughout the 12 months of the warranty period, if a defect arises in the Ulike device and Ulike Pakistan receives a valid claim, Ulike Pakistan will:
- Repair the defective Ulike device at no cost, utilizing new or refurbished replacement parts.
- Replace the defective Ulike device with a new or refurbished Ulike device.
In the case of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your exclusive remedies.
To obtain Warranty Service, you must email Ulike's Customer Service Department at [email protected] during the applicable warranty period. You will need to:
- Provide photos and a description of the defect.
- Provide proof of purchase details.
- If your claim is accepted, Ulike Pakistan will send a confirmation email to you.
- We will send our warehouse details for you to return the applicable device. Please include all items that were in the original packaging.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO 12 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. ULIKE PAKISTAN WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY PROVIDES SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ULIKE PAKISTAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ULIKE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ULIKE’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
